Last Chance To Donate To The Class of 2001/2017 Scholarship Program!

Dear Fellow 2001 Classmates & Friends,
I am so proud of our class for contributing $1,600 in scholarship donations and earning participation from a dozen of our classmates who wanted to take alumni relations a step further and contribute their knowledge back to our future.

Since graduating, less than 3% of our class has contributed a single donation to the school over the last 15 years. Like many you, I fell into the 97% who did not contribute to the Mid-Pacific legacy. Since we began this journey, I am happy to report that we have 8.5% in donation participation— and I expect this percentage to rise, but we need your help to do so!

As you know, this year marks our 15-year reunion. To offset tax-related expenditures, I encourage you to consider donating generously to the Class of 2017 scholarship (our collective milestone gift for graduating seniors).

This scholarship marks the very first time in the school’s history, where a single class is sponsoring a scholarship exclusively for a younger class. To enhance this scholarship opportunity, some members of our class have made an added commitment to serve as career/college mentors for the Class of 2017! Special thanks to committed mentors and scholarship investors Dr. Kimberly Hee Aina, Cheng-Po (Paul) Chen, Dr. Erin Fuller, Chelsea Holladay Kevin Khan, Dezarae (Ramos) Miyahira, Jen Naguwa, Jeff Omori, Dr. Grant Shibuya, Dr. Ken Tsubata, Dr. Karalyn Tom, Liann Unebasami and Kristen (Young) Unten. For more details about becoming a mentor, please visit: http://www.midpac.edu/alumni/mentorship-program.phpAll tax-deductible scholarship donations are due on July 31, 2016.

Attached you'll find my letters for scholarship-related and reunion-related donation forms for you to print, fill out and mail.

PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY SO THAT I CAN SEND YOU THE FORMS FOR SCHOLARSHIP DONATIONS OR REUNION SPONSORSHIP.

Mahalo,
Daniel
